Privacy Policy

AVK, whose contacts are at the end of this page, collects personal data, through its website, in the following contexts and conditions: 

1. In the susbscription of AVK’s newsletter, only the e-mail address is collected, wich is kept for as long as the subscription lasts or until its cancellation is confirmed by the owner. If the email address is found to be invalid for some reason, in particular if it is persistently returned, it will be deleted by AVK.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
2. Personal data is also collected in the Talk to Us form, such as name and email, for the purposes indicated and under the conditions described in the respective conditions described in the respective forms. In order to allow the correct functioning of these forms, AVK uses a session cookie, consisting of a randomly generated identification number, which is deleted at the end of the session when the user closes their browser.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
3. In compliance with the legal obligation to ensure the security of information systems provided for in Article 32 (1) of RGPD, AVK carries out the processing of personal data on the basis of Article 6 (1)(C) of the same law. It collects the following data from visitors to your website: date and time of the query, IP adress (Internet protocol), type of browser used by the visitor and the pages accessed. These data are stored for a maximum period of 90 days. The personal data collected are not the subject of any analysis beyond that referred to in 4., unless any security incidents occur, in which case, after analysis, communicated to the competent authorities.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
4. AVK processes information collected without any connection with data that allows identifying the visitor, namely number of visitors, pages accessed, number of newsletter subscribers, etc.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
   Accordingly with the RGPD, data, subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation and delition of personal data concerning them.
